Dr. Bénédicte Blain holds a Ph.D. in neuropsychology (clinical and research) from Université du Québec à Montréal and a training certificate in neuropsychology. She is a registered member of the College of Psychologists of Ontario.
A Bit About Dr. Blain
Since 2011, she works in neuropsychology with a clientele of children and adults with various neurodevelopmental disorders (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, learning disabiliy, language disorders, developmental coordination disorder, etc.).
Dr Blain offers psychotherapy online
1) to cope with anxiety,
2) improve mood and
3) coach parents to manage the emotions and behaviours of their child.

Dr. Blain’s approach to therapy is collaborative. She uses a variety of evidence-based treatments tailored to the client’s objectives such as
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy.

Her doctoral dissertation focused on communication skills (pragmatics) and regulation of new and complex behaviors (executive functions) of children aged 4 years old and the relationship between the two. Her research led to publications, including a book chapter on child language development in childcare setting and a scientific article on the role of executive functions in the development of communication.
She began her practice in a clinic in Montreal specializing in neuropsychology (Cénop). In 2013, she continued her private practice in the Ottawa-Gatineau region.

Dr. Nicolás F. Narvaez Linares is a registered Pediatric Psychologist in Ontario and Québec, offering services in French, English, and Spanish for clients up to 19 years old. He completed a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in neuroscience at the University of Ottawa and is a registered member of the College of Psychologists of Ontario.

A Bit About Dr. Narvaez Linares
Dr. Narvaez Linares offers developmental assessments (e.g., autism spectrum disorder). He also provides psychodiagnostic assessments (e.g., anxiety and ADHD) in Spanish.
In therapy, he provides services in English, French, and Spanish to children and youth (up to 19 years old) struggling with anxiety and mood disorders.

With youth, he offers support with stress management interpersonal challenges, to those who are gifted/twice-exceptional (e.g., social skills, anxiety performance), ADHD and/or executive functioning management, and youth being part of the LGBTQIA2+ community.

While his primary theoretical orientations are cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) and interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT), he integrates perspectives and techniques from other types of therapy. As part of treatment, he also applies neurobiological and multicultural perspectives. He is known for his warm, approachable, and authentic style.

He is currently working on obtaining his competency in Clinical Neuropsychology. He pursued pre- & post- doctoral training in different community clinics, hospitals, and School District.
Dr. Narvaez Linares continues to publish in scientific journals, present at conferences, and teach at the university level. He volunteers with organizations promoting youth leadership, citizenship, and human rights advocacy. In addition, he is part of different local and national committees promoting psychology training.

Dr. Lambert holds a Ph.D. in clinical psychology (clinical and research) from the University of Ottawa and completed extensive training in clinical neuropsychology. She is a registered member of the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO) as well as l’Ordre des Psychologues du Québec (OPQ), with competencies in Clinical Psychology and Neuropsychology with children, youth, and families.
A Bit About Dr. Lambert
Dr. Lambert is a pediatric neuropsychologist who offers neuropsychological/ psychoeducational assessments to children and adolescents with various neuro-developmental disorders (e.g., attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, learning disabiliy, intellectual disability). Dr. Lambert has mostly worked in hospital settings in the Ottawa region and she completed her neuropsychology residency in a pediatric hospital in the Toronto region. Dr. Lambert offers assessments both in French and in English to children and adolescents (aged 5 to 19 years old).
